I.  PURPOSE
 
To define the relationship of the Compliance Program Steering Committee (CPSC) with the Compliance Officer (CO) and the responsibilities of the CPSC and the CO in regards to the management of the compliance program.
 
II.  POLICY
 
The CPSC and CO shall provide direction and guidance for the Compliance, Privacy, and Audit Services (CPAS) Bureau.
