I.  PURPOSE
 
To establish procedures to transfer budgeted positions from one cost center to another within the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH).
 
II.  POLICY
 
It is essential that the Salary Spreadsheet Change Request form be fully completed and signed before submission to the Budget Officer. Failure to do so may cause delays in processing the change.
