Policy Statement
From time to time, circumstances may arise that prevent students from continuing their enrollment as Christ College students for the remainder of the term in which they are currently enrolled. If this occurs on the first day of the term or at any point before Final Exam week, students must initiate the withdrawal process to formally discontinue their enrollment at The College. Students seeking to withdraw from The Christ College must comply with the processes established by the Office of Registration and Records, which maintains the applicable processes, procedures, and forms for each withdrawal classification.
Procedure
Failure to attend classes does not constitute a withdrawal and does not entitle students to a refund/credit. A verbal intent to withdraw from a course or The College is also considered unofficial and insufficient. It is the student’s responsibility to submit the Add/Drop Form obtained from their advisor. The date the document is completed by the student and received by the office of Registration and Records is the date used to calculate the amount of the refund/credit, where applicable, per the following schedule:
