Policy Statement  The Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences abides by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 when handling all student education records.  TCC complies with FERPA as related to the maintenance, security and retention of student records.  Release of student academic, financial and personal information will be made in strict compliance with FERPA regulations.
